Our global dialogue has become green. We are collectively evaluating our economical operating systems, metrics, and objectives. Innovating alternate sustainable processes and materials to create our products, their components, and the packaging they come in.
Every choice has a green print. Substituting synthetic materials with natural ingredients in making our products and in building the infrastructures of our cities, is one way to begin.
We’re a strategic planning consultancy that covers industrial hemp education to operational integration.
We help you navigate industrial hemp as a viable option in green initiatives and sustainable production, and facilitate the process of integrating industrial hemp into solution-driven projects, conversations, and think tank discussions on global sustainability.
In 2014 I started ConsultDC to serve mission-driven people and organizations weave their vision and creative concepts into tactical, practical actions.
Over the past 5 years my work led me to plan and produce projects in the heart of 2 critical global conversations; microplastic pollution (investigative journalism), and industrial hemp (business planning & education).
Recognizing the scale and sources of environmental pollutants (Our research team used an app astronomers use to count stars so they can count the microplastic particles in tap water!) and, at the same time, understanding hemp's vast performance capabilities, global benefits, and economic feasibility, shifted the course of her work. Hemp can help address rising greenhouse emissions, rejuvenate soil, replace plastic, grows without pesticides, the list goes on and on and on, and on.
ConsultDC is where these 2 worlds meet.
Using my strategic planning and management powers to advocate for hemp’s industrial applications, and help drive a conscious green economy, one hemp project at a time.
Demonstrating how hemp can be used as a viable option in global green initiatives as a substitute to synthetic products. We provide interactive opportunities for participants to sample building with hemp, discuss its technical applications with an expert, and interact with a range of finished hemp made products.
Introducing executives and professional audiences to the benefits of using industrial hemp in manufacturing as a natural substitute for synthetics. During the workshop we introduce professional audiences to the story of hemp , its uses throughout history, modern day applications, and breadth of industries, professions, and businesses it can complement, and enhance.
